It happened that Winter Storm Jonas hit as the tides were already going to be high (since it was near to a full moon). There was a lot of high water but Whale Creek Marina will be fine after a few minor repairs. In the middle of the storm, we were called away to help with the fire in Sea Isle City at the Avalon coffee shop. It’s good to see how many people came out to help. Well done Strathmere Fire and Rescue, as well as the other departments that helped fight the fire.
