Introduction to Stand Up Paddling

This class will teach you the basics of stand up paddle boarding and give you the confidence to get out on the water. Group setting – no experience necessary!

• Proper stance
• Paddling technique
• Free time to practice your skills

With each lesson we provide a stable board that is easy to maneuver, an adjustable paddle and a life jacket.
